CHAD MINOR
Strategic Pastor
Chad M. Minor, Ph.D. lives with his wife Jamie and two boys William and Jackson in Canton, Ohio. Chad was selected as the 2025 Distinguished Faculty of the Year Award at Malone University, 2019 Graduate School Alumnus of the Year at Malone University and was recognized in 2018 as a City of Canton Difference Maker by The Canton Repository. He was a D1 Student-Athlete at The University of Akron where major in Business Communication and played Basketball for the Zips. He recently served an 8-year term on the Board of Directors at local food pantry Urban Ark Canton. Additionally, he is part of The One Center for Leadership in Canton, Ohio which strives to multiply kingdom leaders. He holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
SUZIE ZIEGLER
Kids Ministry Leader
Suzie has been happily married to Pastor Brian for 22 years. Together, they have two young adult children, Gage and Kaymen. She works full-time as a physical therapist for the Wadsworth City School District, helping children and young adults ages 3–21. In addition to her work, she has a heart for rescuing disabled dogs and helping them regain mobility. Suzie enjoys anything involving the beach, floating in the pool, and seeing students at church grow in their excitement for Jesus.

SAM CALAVITTA
Worship Team Leader
Sam is the husband of Jesmond and the father of two fun-loving kids, Greyson and Jenna. He enjoys music of all genres and is a huge fan of acoustic covers over original recordings. Outside of church, Sam serves as a player-coach for RTF’s championship-winning softball team, loves taking spontaneous last-minute vacations, and is a devoted fan of all Cleveland sports teams. His favorite church memory is the Overtime Revival, where he witnessed 26 students give their lives to Jesus in front of their peers. One of his favorite music memories outside of church was being named a finalist and runner-up in an ESPN Battle of the Bands competition that featured more than 800 contestants. If he doesn’t answer his phone, there’s a good chance he can be found at Chipotle.

JUDY BARKAN
Church Administrator
Judy has been a member of RiverTree Fairless since its launch in the fall of 2020 and officially joined the staff in 2025. In her role, she provides behind-the-scenes support to both staff and volunteers, stepping in wherever she is needed most. Outside of her work at the church, Judy is the proud mother of three children and enjoys spending time with her seven grandchildren, whether that means playing games with them or cheering them on at their various sporting events. She is also the owner of a very spoiled dog named Oreo, who unofficially rules the household.

RILEY CUDNIK
High School Ministry Leader
Riley has been on staff at RiverTree Fairless for about a year. A fun fact about her is that her family has attended RTF since its very first service. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Walsh University. In her spare time (which isn't much!), she enjoys working out, spending time with friends, and reading.

LOGAN BARKAN
Middle School Ministry Leader
Logan is a sophomore at Malone University, where he is studying Middle Childhood Education. Logan has a passion for working with young people and a strong love for youth ministry. His goal is to encourage and support students as they grow in their faith and navigate life’s challenges. Outside of ministry and academics, he enjoys all things sports and love staying active and involved in athletic activities.

HOLLY LAUTZENHEISER
Tech Team Leader
Holly has been part of RiverTree Fairless since its launch and was originally asked to learn ProPresenter—a role she has faithfully served in ever since. She officially joined the staff in the summer of 2025. She is the proud mom of four of the best kids in the world (and she’ll gladly defend that title!) and one absolutely adorable grandson. Holly loves spending quality time and making memories with her kids. She also enjoys watching sports of all kinds, with baseball being a particular favorite. Most of all, she loves cheering from the stands whenever one of her children is playing.

AMANDA MASON
Communications Director
Amanda has been on staff with RiverTree Fairless since 2025, designing and communicating all things for RTF! Outside of communications, you'll find her in her garden, exploring nature, hunting, fishing, or trying to keep up with her two kids, Tucker and Kinsey. She's married to her high school sweetheart, Josh.

CHRISTINA HYSONG
Care Team Coordinator
Christina is most blessed by her husband, four children, and five grandchildren (and counting). She and her husband own a construction business, and one of her favorite parts of the job is getting to meet so many new people. When she has a chance to sit still, there’s a good chance she’s knitting or crocheting. Like many knitters, Christina enjoys British mysteries and can often be found with a project in hand and a good story nearby. She’s fluent in movie quotes and song lyrics and is continually working toward being just as fluent in Scripture.
